DESIGN:
You will most often need permit drawings before we can provide an estimate. We have relationships with multiple Architects and Home Designers. Give us a call and we will team you up with the correct individuals. Some small non structural project drawings will be provided in house for permitting. Along with your design professional, we will help you choose the right products to keep you in your budget.
NEW CONSTRUCTION:
We have the experience and are highly qualified to build any structure up to three stories in height anywhere in the state of Florida.
During the design stages, the team should meet together to review the documents and ensure that your projects mechanical systems and construction will meet your expectations. We will be there in your corner for the entire process, from permit application through certificate of occupancy. Our relationship doesn't need to stop there. We can continue to provide maintenance for your completed projects as well.
REMODELING AND RESTORATION:
RESIDENTIAL REMODELING IS OUR EXPERTISE: Non structural renovations have no height limitations. Want that 25th floor Penthouse remodeled? We can do it!

About Us
We are professional building contractors, NOT A HANDYMAN SERVICE!
The founder and President, Al Denesha, has been in the construction industry since 1982. He has been "hands on" the whole time. Unlike many other "professional test takers and slick salesmen" he actually has the real world experience in all phases and types of construction. His goal is to provide quality services at a reasonable cost, using teamwork, top notch quality sub-contractors and lots of direct communication.
1989 brought out his first venture when he founded Al Denesha Carpentry, Inc. He then spent the next eight years constructing and remodeling numerous projects for many of Tampa Bays home builders and commercial contractors.
In 1997 the opportunity to learn more of the construction business had presented itself and he decided to join a high end general contracting firm. At Brandon Construction Company in Palm Harbor, he spent the next fourteen years overseeing dozens of custom residences, retail shops, medical offices, restaurants and even barns! The types of construction of these buildings were quite diverse. They were wood, steel, concrete block, timber frame, even insulated concrete form. They contained almost every possible type of system from medical gas to photovoltaic power. The experience was quite rewarding and invaluable.
With 2011 came the next phase. It was time to hang out that shingle again. He took advantage of those years that nurtured relationships with the best architects, designers and tradesmen in the area. We are all committed to continue earning our clients and fellow peers trust.
We carry General Liability Insurance of $1 Million each occurrence / $2 Million general aggregate to protect our clients as well as ourselves.
